COVID 19:
COVID-19 is here and The Glamourpuss is taking extra precautions to ensure that all products are made with your health and safety in mind. All products are made in a sanitized and clean area, I wear gloves and masks to prepare all handmade items.
When will my order be shipped?
Allow us up to 7 to 10 business days. (Mon-Fri) not including the day you placed your order,Most orders are shipped before the 10th, but please allow us the time frame.
I received my tracking number but haven’t received any updates, how do I find out where my package is?
Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to be updated. Sometimes USPS will not update the tracking information until your package has reached your local post office. Once your package reaches the postal service please contact that specific postal service for updates. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages returned back to us.
What happens when my product melted or leaked through?
If your product does melt or get soft, in spite of the efforts we have made to prevent it, please don't fret! A melted product is not a bad product. Leave your product at room temperature for a couple of hours or put it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look different but it will still he the same super-hydrating and moisturizing product!
What is the shelf life of my product?
All products will last for 3 months.
Can I return or get a refund?
